Ready to ship orders ship within 2 business days.

Pre-Orders usually 4-7 weeks after the order has been closed but sometimes it takes a little longer as courier delivery times and manufacturing times are beyond our control.  Please always check the item description for the estimated production time. By placing a pre-order you understand and agree to this shipping time. 

We have indicated which products are ready to ship or pre-order.

If your order consist of both RTS order and Pre-Order items your items will ship once the pre-order items are in.
We suggest that all pre-order products be ordered separately if you are needing your RTS items sooner. 

SHIPPING TIME

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound)  and/or Priority Mail.

Shipping time is usually 2-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages/items. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are located in either Jonesboro, Tuckerman, or Newport, Arkansas - we offer local pick up in Lake City or once a week pick up in Newport & Tuckerman.
